Viola

For the player wanting a scaled down 100 Watt plexi, the Viola is just the ticket. We've packed all the rich overdrive, smooth high-end, swirling midrange and punchy bass of a good vintage 100 watt Marshall and brought the output down to 45 watts. The familiar pre-amp section of volume 1, volume 2, treble, middle, bass and presence feeds a quartet of 6V6's in class AB. The result is a tight, overtly British inspired tone that can go from a glassy clean at low volumes to a chunky overdrive at moderate volumes to searing lead tones when fully opened up. Both channels are internally jumpered together for additional flexibility. The Viola excels at achieving thick and creamy, full and crunchy and bright and chimey tones with any guitar and cabinet combination you throw at it.
